The joint Buy Kiwi / Buy New Zealand Made events are free for manufacturers to exhibit at.

Due to the limited space and the number of companies that wish to exhibit at these events we have set guidelines as follows:-

1. The amount of space and number of free exhibitors availalbe depends entirely on the show, it differs in each case - please refer to the event listing for further information about this.
   
2. Each exhibitor is expected to work within the space provided to them. We can provide you with display tables for you to exhibit your products

4. If you wish to use our tables, Advertising Space is provided at the front of your Display Table. enough for  an A1 or A2 Poster.
   
5. There is generally limited storage space available at the Events so you will need to only bring what you will sell (if selling) each day.
   
6. As there are a lot of exhibitors on the stand, we quite often have to pay extra for ID passes for each company.  We can normally provide two passes to each company free of charge, if extra are required, we will pass the cost on to you.
   
7. The main branding of the stands will be Buy Kiwi and Buy NZ Made therefore no Pullups, banners or large display boards of your own will be allowed.
   
8. Each event may have its own special cirucumstance. In each case we let you know prior to the event.
   
9. Exhibitors must follow the rules of the show administrators, including set up and break down times.  A manual will be provided to you with the show rules and regulations.  If you have any doubts please ask.
   
10. We only provide the space for you to exhibit your products, it is not our responsibility to ensure consumers visit the stand this is largely up to you.
